    3. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to proactively identify and respond to security incidents.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve security issues and implement best practices for secure system development.
    5. Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and developments to continuously improve our security posture and practices.
    6. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    7. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively mitigate the impact of security incidents.
    8. Create and deliver security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and responsibility.
    9. Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber security matters and provide guidance and recommendations to management and other teams.
