  1. Administer and maintain the Office365 environment for Tesla, ensuring its efficient and secure operation.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or problems with the Office365 platform, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Office365 with other systems and applications used by Tesla.
  4. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize the Office365 environment.
  5. Stay updated on the latest features and updates of Office365 and recommend any relevant changes to the Tesla team.
  6. Train and support employees on how to use Office365 and its various features effectively.
  7. Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring appropriate levels of security and access.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed for Office365 related services.
  9. Keep track of Office365 licenses and subscriptions, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
  10. Continuously monitor the performance and usage of Office365 to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  11. Maintain documentation and guidelines for Office365 use within the organization.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding any changes or updates to the Office365 environment.
  13. Participate in the planning and implementation of new Office365 features or updates.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Office365 use and data security.
  15. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to Office365 administration.
