REQUIRED: 
You will need to supply your own computer and internet. Below are the computer and schedule requirements that are needed.
  • Processor: i5 Core Processor OR 4000 Benchmark Score (review benchmark score at https://www.cpubenchmark.net/
  • Memory: At least 12GB
  • Two Monitors
  • USB or Wireless Headset
  • Webcam
  • Ethernet Connection
  • Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule
  • Open to going in-person for Lowell, AR office for 1st shift. Comes along with pay increase


#1 Objective: Providing Service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You will be helping truckers who need roadside assistance.
Your specific duties will include: Call Center / Customer Service
  • Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers that call in
  • Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
  • Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
  • Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
  • Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.


Skills required
: Call Center / Customer Service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to move fast fix problems and be nice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Work from home experience preferred
  • History of great attendance
  • Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
  • PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
  • Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Must be articulate and professional
  • Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification.
