Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Quality Officer to develop and implement a company-wide Quality Management System, ensuring it aligns with industry standards.
  • Curate a comprehensive library of project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs), maintaining oversight of relevant examples for different project types and client-specific needs.
  • Assist as a Quality Assurance Manager for specific projects or support project quality teams, ensuring adherence to established quality protocols.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions related to quality management, both at a company-wide and project-specific level, under the guidance of the CQO.
  • Stay updated on industry-wide quality procedures, including ISO 9001 certification, and coordinate with outside consultants and corporate staff to achieve certifications.
  • Conduct quality audits, evaluate implementation of procedures on projects, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide support to the Corporate Project Review (CPR) process as required, working closely with project staff.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish quality benchmarks and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to writing quality-related sections of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) or proposals for engineering services.
