Full Job Description

Kristin Soehl Family Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic, friendly, and professional Chiropractic Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing the front desk, interacting with patients, supporting the doctor, and contributing to the clinic’s social media presence. Additionally, this position requires the flexibility to administer laser therapy services and assist in patient setup as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle patient communication.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Patient and Doctor Support:

  • Assist patients with intake forms and ensure their information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Set up treatment rooms for chiropractic care and therapies.
  • Administer laser therapy treatments under the doctor’s guidance (training provided).
  • Support the doctor with daily administrative and clinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a medical or chiropractic office preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with PC software, including scheduling and billing systems. Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Medical Billing Knowledge: Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes required.
  • Personality: Friendly, energetic, empathetic, and approachable with strong communication skills.
  • Team Player: Works well in a team environment, flexible, and willing to assist in various roles as needed.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to multitask and maintain accuracy in a busy setting.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, move, and assist patients during therapy sessions.
  • Willingness to learn and administer laser therapy services (training provided).
  • Enthusiasm for chiropractic care and a holistic approach to health and wellness.
