401K, equity ownership etc. ONLY offered in IL, MN, PA, GA, TX, OH; Everyone outside of IL, MN, PA, GA, TX, OH is a contractor with more limited benefits.

  • Non-Traditional shifts are available; Split Shifts are available
  • STRICTLY HIRING for SECOND SHIFT (shifts like 4pm-10pm, 430pm-1030pm, 5pm-11pm Central Time, 8 hour shifts on weekends)
  • Must have open availability for training
  • Weekends & Holidays are Required; You will be scheduled MOST weekends & MOST Holidays
  • 25-34 hours per week according to your preference
  • Ability to trade, pick up, give away shifts

Our Answering Service Agents act as virtual receptionists and switchboard operators, taking messages and connecting callers to their desired party on behalf of a wide range of clients. Our client types include doctor’s offices, medical clinics, HVAC companies, plumbing companies, apartment complexes, ambulance services, funeral homes, crisis lines, veterinary clinics, appliance repair companies, telephone companies, and many more. You would join a team of professionals capable of handling a wide range of challenging situations and who function as a team when difficult decisions are required. Core Requirements:

  • Type 40 wpm or better

  • Comfortability and confidence with computers, browsers, various apps, remote desktops; ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous answering service, call center, or secretarial experience is preferred
