Vice President, Sales ID - 4043

Vice President of Sales responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive revenue growth strategies, overseeing sales initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring alignment with marketing and business development efforts to maximize profitability and drive predictable growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Develop and implement revenue generation strategies for new logo acquisition, existing customer account growth and competitive wins aligned with our goals.
•    Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities, driving profitable growth.
•    Pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand Vontier’s footprint.
•    Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activity, CRM management, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with marketing and customer success teams. 
•    Establish metrics for tracking and reporting sales performance: pipeline coverage, quota per rep, product mix, new logo acquisition vs up-sell.
•    Lead initiatives that align people, processes, and technology across the revenue cycle.
•    Customer and Market Growth:
•    Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
•    Understand market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Sales Leadership:
•    Drive sales team performance by demonstrating sales excellence: understand individual deal dynamics, help overcome objections, create compelling events and deliver creative solutions 
•    Direct, question and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and establish effective sales processes.  
•    Develop orchestrated marketing and sales campaigns, providing insights to optimize lead generation.
•    Create quota system to motivate and achieve intended targets 
Financial Performance:
•    Accurately predict quarterly booking and revenue performance based on pipeline and sales team performance
•    Collaborate with finance leaders to manage the company’s P&L and drive profitability.
•    Establish and track KPIs to ensure accountability and performance across the sales organization.
Industry Expertise:
•    Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
•    Lead initiatives to innovate and improve customer-centric solutions.
