With our launch just around the corner, we’re on the lookout for a driven Technical Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter with ambitions to grow into a Client Success Expert to join our team. This role is your chance to dive into recruitment and business operations, gaining hands-on experience with plenty of opportunities for learning and growth.

In this dual role, you’ll manage recruitment processes while supporting essential business functions to help drive our success. From recruiting talented virtual assistants to boosting our brand and contributing to business strategies, you'll be instrumental in building the foundation for Kwalified’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Descriptions & Posting: Craft tailored job descriptions for diverse recruiter roles (Junior to Lead) and post on LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards.

  • Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter Seat to actively source recruitment candidates.

  • Database Management: Keep the candidate database in Notion accurate and current.

  • Candidate Screening: Review CVs, conduct intake interviews, and manage candidate documentation.

  • Employer Branding: Create and manage engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to attract recruiters.

  • Process Documentation: Develop a comprehensive “white book” in Notion detailing all company processes.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and SWOT analyses, and assist in strategy and recruitment tool implementation.

  • Marketing Agenda: Contribute to a marketing agenda to attract recruiters to our network

Skills & Qualifications

  • Interest in Recruitment & Business Operations: You should have a strong passion for both recruitment and business support.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential, especially for candidate interviews and employer branding efforts.

  • Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in managing databases like Notion.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards is highly desirable. Experience with recruitment software is a plus.

  • Proactive & Adaptive: You should be eager to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Service Provider needs to provide

  • Computer System: a. A personal computer equipped with at least an Intel Core i7 processor or equivalent, capable of handling multitasking and running complex applications.

  • Internet Connectivity: a. A stable and robust internet connection that allows for the smooth operation of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and videoconferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, or others.

  • Video Conferencing Equipment: a. If not incorporated into the computer, a camera that supports a resolution of 1280 x 720 px or 1980 x 1080 px (HD) for clear video communication. b. A quality headset to ensure clear audio during online meetings.

  • Workspace Environment: a. A quiet and undisturbed space to conduct online meetings and focus on work-related tasks without interruptions.

  • Monitor Screen (Recommended): a. A monitor screen of 15 inches or more is strongly recommended to facilitate multitasking and provide a comfortable viewing experience. Please note that these requirements are essential to perform the role effectively and maintain a professional presence during remote interactions with clients, candidates, and team members.
