We have been working with 100+ businesses providing marketing solutions as a company Net Gains, with over 10 years of successful journey in Dehli India. We have founded Mirage DigiTech vision of providing marketing, social media assistance for different industries.

Our marketing team is functioning in our office in Ras al Khaimah , and soon we are planning to open an office in Dubai as well. We have started running our sales team remotely. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Remote Sales Specialist Intern to join our team, someone who can effectively communicate our value to potential clients and help expand our client base.

Job Description:

As a Remote Sales Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with potential clients. You’ll play a key role in connecting businesses with our services, including digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and more. Your goal is to understand potential clients' needs, showcase how our agency can help them achieve their goals, and ultimately convert them into long-term partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a client outreach, sales, or business development role, ideally in a marketing or advertising environment

Basic understanding of digital marketing services

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Doing 50 calls to business owners every day to set appointments

Should have their own Sim card package plans to make calls, we will provide company sim after first sale

Ability to adapt to different industries and tailor outreach strategies accordingly

Persistent, positive attitude and a desire to build lasting client relationships

You do not worry about meetings with business owners, we will do the meetings with them

Job role is to set appointments, and after every successful deals won monthly, we will provide amount of salary and commission mentioned down below.

Benefits:

Competitive salary plus commission

5000 AED if you bring a client who buys our marketing package

If you bring more than one client in a month, then 500 AED commission for each 2nd, 3rd and 4th client etc

Contact numbers of the businesses will be given every day

Selling technique masterclasses and trainings will be provided as a video format, easy to learn and implement on cold calls
