Sr Security Engineer, Cyber Defense ID - 2523

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Security Engineer to join our Cyber Defense team at The Walt Disney Company. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing all security-related projects, initiatives, and activities. You will be expected to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to protect Disney’s networks, applications, data, and systems.The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background and knowledge of information security, cyber security, and technology. You must be able to assess risk and develop mitigating strategies while maintaining a strong security posture.

You should also be able to communicate security risks and solutions in a clear and concise manner.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, security operations, or related role•

 

Experience with security risk assessment, threat intelligence, security architecture, and security operations• Knowledge of industry-standard security protocols and technologies• Proven ability to develop and implement security strategies• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skillsIf you are passionate about security and have the skills and experience necessary to help keep Disney safe, we invite you to apply today!
