Job description:

• We are a recruitment consulting startup looking to shake hands with exceptional recruiters skilled in boolean search and finding talent from Naukri and LinkedIn for niche positions.

• Help junior recruiters identify the right talent using boolean searches (And, Or, Inverted comma, Brackets, etc.), ensuring their daily/weekly/monthly numbers are met.
• Collect and analyze requirements, source, screen, conduct telephonic interviews, negotiate salaries, and follow up on offers while maintaining data.
• Work with clients or seniors to understand requirements and create search strings or Boolean strings to find candidates.
• Sourcing: Search for the best talent using exceptional boolean searches from various sources like Naukri, open-source social networking sites like LinkedIn, IIM jobs, and other databases, as well as through various references provided by candidates.
• Screening: Speak to candidates, identify fitment, record required details in Excel, and share them with clients.
• Salary negotiation & Offer follow-up: Negotiate and coordinate with candidates until the joining date.
• Maintaining data: Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel, such as interview status reports, closure reports, and feedback reports.
• Requirements:
• Hardworking and passionate individuals who are ready to stretch working hours if business needs arise.
• A resource with good communication and sourcing skills who owns the requirements assigned and ensures quality submissions for positions assigned.
• Exceptional sourcing ability and Excel knowledge (Lookups, pivots, etc.).
