Overview:


Final Phorm is seeking a motivated and experienced Medicare Agent to join our team and make up to 100k per year with no cold calls, a non captive contract including free leads and free CRM/Dialer. You will earn $300 Per enrollment, average agent completes 15 enrollments during AEP & OEP, per week!! On average, agents will then have 10 enrollments per week during SEP. We have a great reputation and are looking to expand our team of Agents. As a Medicare Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Medicare insurance needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and help them navigate the complex world of healthcare insurance. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is self-motivated and has a desire to succeed. Must be licensed in Health for FL (Or Resident State), must also obtain the licenses listed below, prior to the start of your training. We can assist you in obtaining/renewal process if you are not familiar.

- We provide: Free Leads, Free CRM, Free Marketing, Free Training/Support!

- We do full back office administration on the digital book of business and keep track of your enrollments to ensure they go active and stay active with in-house methods to ensure retention.

- We market in all 50 states!

Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their healthcare insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Analyze various Medicare plans and options to determine the best fit for each client, then utilizing the correct SEP to assist clients with enrollment processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their Medicare coverage.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry, including updates to Medicare regulations and guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities (with help from Management).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, specifically in Medicare is required.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to effectively market and promote insurance products
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Requirements:
- Resident Health License + 8 additional Non-Resident licenses.
- Prior Medicare experience, or at least 2025 AHIP certified.
- Releases from prior agency to speed up onboarding.
