E Bay Store Management & Marketing Assistant – Ideal for Students with eBay & AutoDS Experience ID - 1702

We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to help manage and grow our eBay store. This role is ideal for a student with proven experience in using AutoDS, and advanced knowledge of eBay’s feed API and marketing API.

We are especially interested in students who have successfully grown an online store from scratch and are excited to bring their skills to help our business thrive.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure smooth store operations, boost product visibility, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Uploading & Listing:
o Use AutoDS to upload and manage high-quality product listings efficiently.
o Optimise product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility and sales.
• API Integration & Marketing:
o Utilise eBay’s feed API and marketing API to enhance product visibility and overall store performance.
o Monitor analytics and make data-driven improvements to store strategy.
• Order Management:
o Manage all aspects of the order process to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
o Resolve any supplier or customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Customer Support:
o Respond to customer queries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
o Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
• Store Growth & Monitoring:
o Add new products to the store monthly to maintain a fresh and competitive offering.
o Go online 4 times per week to monitor orders, respond to queries, and improve strategies.
o Regularly review product listings and performance to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
