Job description

American Express is looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Data Entry Specialists. In this remote role, you’ll be essential in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database by efficiently inputting and updating data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update data into the company database.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize data entry processes.
• Adhere to deadlines and follow data entry guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in data entry and general computer literacy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is advantageous but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
