Job Details
📌 Position: Remote Data Entry Specialist
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote
📌 Salary: $24 - $43 per hour
📌 Shift: First Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM
📌 Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
📌 Experience: 1+ years of data entry experience

Key Responsibilities
✔ Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter routing requests from the vendor booking system into OMS.
✔ Shipment Organization: Assign shipments to carrier partners and maintain accurate records.
✔ User Account Setup: Set up and manage new user accounts in the vendor booking system.
✔ Data Accuracy & Filing: Maintain an organized record of shipment data to ensure completeness and efficiency.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with transportation planning analysts to keep shipment operations running smoothly.
✔ Best Practices Compliance: Follow data management best practices and maintain high standards of accuracy.
