Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for billing and account management tasks.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for customer records and documentation.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Support receptionist functions as needed, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Act as a personal assistant to management when required, assisting with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications
