  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing individualized plans to address those needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with colleagues and family members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably on a med surg or ortho unit
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
