The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking high volumes of bakery products per the formulas whilst handling industrial sized ingredient containers and operating a large power mixer as well as monitoring the ovens.

The Baker’s duties will include:

  • Assembling, measuring and combining large quantities of ingredients per formulas
  • Use of power equipment to mix and prepare bakery products
  • Prepare dough for bread and pastries and transfer to raising rooms
  • Monitoring sanitation, temperatures, pull dates and comply with health code, safety and security procedures
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members

The successful Baker will:

  • Bakery experience preferred with use of relevant machines and power equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literate and highly numerical

 Applicants are required to complete a Food Safety Certification required within 30 days. Training will be provided.
