Call Center Agent - Outbound Healthcare Appointment Scheduling

We are seeking Call Center Agents to join our team and assist in scheduling healthcare appointments for our Nurse Practitioners (NPs). As part of our outbound call center, this is a fast-paced role where you will interact with senior citizens, providing a vital service with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule healthcare appointments for senior citizens.
Handle a high volume of calls and appointments efficiently (250+ calls per day).
Multitask seamlessly between systems and conversations.
Ensure accurate data entry while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements:

Call center experience is preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills, including fast typing speed and knowledge of Word and Excel.


Must have the following technical setup:
iCore 5 processor or higher
8 GB RAM minimum
Wired high-speed internet connection
USB noise-canceling headphones
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
