Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Specialist to manage and grow the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for our key brands: Stohlquist, Morey, BZ, and Churchill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, managing advertising campaigns, and improving operational efficiency. This individual will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure our Amazon presence aligns with our brand strategy and maximizes revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, including account health, compliance, and overall performance.
  • Monitor and resolve account-related issues (e.g., suspensions, chargebacks, or negative feedback).
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.

Product Listings & Optimization:

  • Create and optimize product listings with compelling content, accurate details, and SEO-rich keywords.
  • Collaborate with designers to create enhanced brand content (A+ Content) and storefront pages.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve discoverability and rankings.

Advertising Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, and Display Ads).
  • Analyze advertising performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to increase visibility and sales.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping compliance.
  • Manage FBA shipments, including labeling, prep, and reconciliation.

Sales Growth & Analytics:

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and advertising ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for new product launches and promotions to enhance sales.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and progress updates to leadership.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate updates, challenges, and strategies to relevant teams and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing content for listings and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon activities with broader brand strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.

 

 

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving account performance on Amazon.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem, including algorithms, advertising tools, and fulfillment processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon tools.
